Since its founding in 2007, Shandong Liaocheng Shenhao Metal Products Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing seamless steel tubes and pipes. So far, we have been admitted as an expert in this field. Now, we have three hot rolling production lines for manufacturing of seamless carbon steel tubes, seamless alloy steel tubes, petroleum pipeline tubes, etc. Modernized production facilities with state of the art technology enable us to produce annually 300,000 tons ¦Õ48-273mm seamless steel tubes in all kinds of specifications and materials.During years of development, Shenhao has obtained the certificates of ISO9001:2008, API 5L and API 5CT, and gained the license for manufacturing national A1-grade special equipment (pressure piping elements). These certificates can fully prove that our production capacity, management system and product quality have reached the international standard.
Our CNC lathes are imported from Japan. They are admittedly the best in class in the industry and assure customers of high precision and quality products. Currently, our seamless pipes have been widely used in a variety of fields including fluid transportation, machine manufacturing, petroleum industry, shipbuilding, low, medium and high pressure boilers, etc., and they have been exported to a number of countries and areas such as Germany, Georgia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Egypt, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Burma, the Republic of Togo, and more.Under the premise of maintaining current production capacity, we will build cold drawing and cold rolling production lines, and add multi sets of CNC lathes, for deep processing of primary products and satisfying individual needs of different customers.
